Account deletion

Log in to your user account on the website: https://app.kubaenglish.com/

In the section https://app.kubaenglish.com/account/user-profile, you will find a “Delete account” button. Your data will be deleted within 24 hours after you confirm deletion. A deletion confirmation will be sent to your email.

In the app, go to the “Profile” section and tap “Account management.” This will automatically log you in to https://app.kubaenglish.com/, where you will see the “Delete account” button. Your data will be deleted within 24 hours after you confirm deletion, and a confirmation will be sent to your email.

After your account is deleted, all user data will be removed within 24 hours. Some data that is required for legal purposes may be retained for the period required by law.
