About us:
We've successfully launched an MVP with a top agency in Prague, and now we're building our own dream team to take things to the next level.
We're a passionate trio of founders born between '94 and '97, each bringing strong backgrounds in sales, marketing, and management.
Our technical team is currently centered around a mobile app developer, a backend developer, and a QA tester, with code reviews provided by an agency in Prague. We're exploring ways to expand our technical team to join us on this exciting journey, aiming to bring all development fully in-house and become independent from the agency.
Our next goal?
To build the internal team, then dominate the CZSK market by the end of Q1 2025 and then set our sights on global expansion.
📱 Can you help us take our MVP to the next level?
We're seeking a UX/UI Designer with a passion for expanding and creating intuitive and beautiful user interfaces for our mobile app.
You're more than just a graphic designer; you're an experience creator who understands user needs and business goals.
You're a bit punk, just like our Kuba and the rest of the team.
You don't mind that work can change quite a bit; you're flexible. We iterate based on user feedback—we're a dynamic startup.
What You Should Know & Have:
Several years of experience in mobile app design
A portfolio showcasing your best work
Excellent skills in Figma
Ability to prototype, test, and evaluate design solutions
Mastery of typography and a desire to push the craft forward
Experience using brand guidelines and creating UI kits
User-oriented design that also reflects business goals
Ability to lead a project from initial brief, through user flows, sitemaps, wireframes, design concepts, functional prototypes, to handover to developers
Ability to brainstorm, explore possibilities, and think outside the box
Good knowledge of principles and guidelines for iOS and Android
Excellent communication skills
Complete independence and responsibility
What You'll Do:
Design user-friendly and visually appealing interfaces for our mobile application
Lead the design vision and strategy: you'll elevate our app from an MVP to a top market product
Collaborate with our developers and founders to create a unique language learning experience
Participate in design sprints and bring innovative ideas
